Sub-processors
Last updated 13 October 2026
These providers help us run Knosite. Each gets only what it needs for its part. “Visitors” means people who use an assistant on a customer’s website; “customers” means people with a Knosite account.
| Provider | What it does for Knosite | Whose data |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting, databases, file storage, search index, page rendering, bot checks (Turnstile) | Customers and visitors |
| OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to | Writing answers, noting what visitors need, writing short lead briefs. We request providers that don’t keep or train on the data. | Visitors’ messages; customers’ website content |
| TypeSafe (Jev, through OpenRouter) | Judging whether a question can be answered and how ready a lead is | Visitors’ messages and lead details |
| Resend | Sending email (sign-in codes, alerts, hot-lead emails to customers) | Customers; lead details in hot-lead emails |
| Google Firebase | Sign-in | Customers |
| Razorpay | Payments (card details go straight to Razorpay) | Customers |
Changes
Before we add or replace a provider that handles visitors’ data, we’ll email account owners, so you can tell us if you object. Questions: hello@knosite.fyi.
