Add Knosite to a site builder
Knosite is one script tag. Paste it into your builder’s custom code area once, and it shows on every page.
Install it
- Sign up and add your website address.
- Copy the script from the dashboard’s Install page. It looks like this:
<script src="https://cdn.knosite.fyi/knosite.js" data-key="ks_live_…" async></script>WordPress
Install a header and footer code plugin (e.g. WPCode), then paste it into the footer box. Avoid editing footer.php: theme updates overwrite it.
Webflow
Site settings → Custom code → Footer code, then publish. Needs a paid site plan.
Shopify
Online Store → Themes → Edit code → layout/theme.liquid, just before </body>.
Framer
Site settings → Custom code → End of <body> tag, then publish. Needs a paid site plan.
Wix
Settings → Custom code → Add custom code. Choose All pages, Load once, Body - end. Needs a Premium plan and a connected domain.
Squarespace
Settings → Developer tools → Code injection → Footer. Needs a Core plan or higher.
Ghost
Settings → Code injection → Site footer.
Check it
Publish, open your site and look for the chat button in the bottom right corner. The chat only appears on your own domain. To test on the builder’s address (like yoursite.framer.website), add it under Settings → Allowed origins.
Engage on a builder
Builders don’t let you add attributes to elements, so Knosite marks up your pages for you with element rules. Set it up from your AI agent, and nothing on your site changes.
