Knosite and SiteGPT

SiteGPT trains a chatbot on a website and on other files, and places it on the site or inside support tools.

Knosite is for a SaaS website. It answers from your pages, and Engage watches how someone reads those pages.

What counts as an AI messageBoth sides count. A visitor’s message is one, and the chatbot’s reply is one, so a question and its answer use two. The allowance is shared across the chatbots on the account and renews on the 1st (UTC). One GPT-4.1 message uses as much of the allowance as 10 GPT-4.1 mini messages. You can mix the two.Plans referenceOne answer the assistant writes from your pages counts once, at the same rate. Greetings, questions it can’t answer and contact-form messages don’t count. Term taps, help tips and survey answers never count.
Free tierThere is no free plan. There is a 7-day trial on the plan you pick, and the pricing page says a card is required. A demo bot on sitegpt.ai/demo answers questions about SiteGPT’s own site.PricingSign up and try the assistant in your dashboard with 20 free answers before you pay.

What Knosite adds

Knosite answers from your pages and links the pages it used. Engage adds Smart Terms, help tips, and micro-surveys. A dotted underline marks a term, a tap explains it, and that tap does not use an AI message. A help tip sits beside the section someone is reading. A survey asks one to three questions and skips anything the person already said in the chat.

The lead is judged from the whole visit: chat, taps, survey answers, and buying clicks. A hot lead arrives with a short summary and the thing that tipped it. You can send it to email, Slack, a CRM, or Zapier.

Who it’s built for

  • You want the words buyers get stuck on explained right where they read them.
  • You want short questions, such as team size or timeline, asked at the right moment instead of in a form.
  • You want each hot lead to arrive with what the visitor read, asked, and clicked.

Plans start at $25 a month, and every plan includes Engage.
